Update

Hey guys! So the Mothman story is now stopping. It was really old and to me was boring. So below is a short story I wrote for a competion, write4fun.net. And it had to be no more then 500 words so it's small and a rush job, I did it in about half an hour. So I hope I win, and here it is! Hope you like it :)
The Emperor's Dragon.

Far beond the valley, the kingdom of Tuniopia lay. Tuniopia was hidden, far into the deapest mountains of China. It wasn't known by many, it wasn't even on the map.

The emperor's daughter, Shang-lee, whom called herself Shae, was known as the best warrior that lived in Tuniopia.

Shae's brown piercing eyes followed the footsteps of a man in black. The man snuck into a barn, the emperor's barn. She took out her sword, her sword that had a large dragon engraved into it on one side, and her name in Chinese on the other. She creept forward, her shadow getting lost in the night. Slowly she opened the door and stepped into the barn. Then she heard a hiss, from behind the piles of hay.

Shae looked inside the barn to see that the man was her father, the emperor. And to her surprize a dragon crashed through the hay, with red eyes and green skin. Her father feed the dragon and then started to make his way out. When the emperor closed and locked the barn Shae grabbed him. "Arh! What are you doing!" The emperor was stunned, but then he saw it was his daughter. He relaxed. "What are you doing! You have a dragon in there, you know the rules!" Shae was getting furious. The emperor shook his head.

"No, you must understand. I don't want him, but I am being forced to look after him. Lord Hung has threatened to kill you and my wife if I don't look after the dragon!" The emperor explained. "Why did you not tell me this. I can rescue Mother and kill Lord Hung. I shall leave tonight." Without hesitation Shae took a horse and rode to Lord Hungs castle. After many days and nights she finally arrived. Shae ran into the castle, followed by many men trying to kill her. She took out her sword and charged at them. They came towards her, two men struck out there sword at her and she did a summersalt and landed behind them. She stabed them both in the back, and swiped a man next to her, her sword cutting off his legs.

Two men came at her. She slid on the floor under one of them and cut off his foot. He went to the floor crying out curses. The remaining man swung his sword at her and with her feet she shoved him to the wall. But his sword still cut her on her shoulder. Shae got up and stabbed the man. She then ran into Lord Hungs chamber, to see her Mother cleaning the floor. Quickly Shae ran over to her, but the Lord Hung pushed her to the floor. With her sword she leaped forward and cut Lord Hungs head off. Her and her Mother ran to the horse and rode back to the kingdom of Tuniopia. When they arrived Shae ran into the barn and slayed the dragon easily with one blow.

Chapter 1- Part 2

"Rose, I'm telling you, Melvick could be in trouble!" Anya was steal thinking about her dream that night. She felt it could be real, she was magic afetr all.
"Look Anya, I couldn't care less about your dream, it's not even real. That's why they call it a dream! I'm sorry if you had a dream about my Dad, it's just creepy."
Anya stared at Rose, she looked the same as what she had looked like when she woke up after that dream. It's just like, she had that same dream...
"No way! You had the same dream to, didn't you! Oh my God why didn't you tell me. I told you, you're Dad could be in trouble!" Anya was terrified, how could we have the same dream?
Then the Principle Mr Coles spoke over the loud speaker, "All students please come to the hall we have a situation."

All the students piled in the hall and sat down in order of home rooms. Loud chatter filled the small room. Until a loud voice of Mr Coles silenced the room.
"Okay, as you all know last night we all had the same dream." Some people gasped. Not knowing that everyone else had had that dream.
"On the screen behind me is the dream we all had last night. Our school was monitered for some time, by the Mothmen, don't worry we are safe. Their last victom was a man of the name, Melvick. Rose's father." Everyone looked at Rose.
"We think it is a warning saying that they are going our way. We don't know if this dream is real or not but after the video, I want everyone to go to your home rooms and plan how we can keep safe. The teachers and the counsil and other forces are going to fight them off. Now everyone watch and then plan!"

After the video was played everyone went back to plan, Rose went off to the Principles office to talk about her father. Anya went to her room and planed her own attack plan. She knew she could kill them with her powers so she was going to help them, but without them knowing of course.

Mothman

Mothman Chapter one.

The fist hit her cheek hard, knocking her to the ground. Anya groaned. She stood up to face her enemy, which was actually her best friend, Rose. Anya hated losing fights at school, it embarrassed her. All the students surrouned her and Rose, watching. The teacher, Canvus was taking notes. Anya kicked out at Rose's shin, making her flinch. Then Rose punched her chest. Anya took a step back, she wasn't very good at her magic, but noone could help her since noone even knew about it. She let the magic rush through her arm and into her fingers, then Anya punched Rose on the shoulder blade. Rose wasn't hurt enough so Anya clicked her fingers and the pain came to Rose in her shoulder. "Ow!" Rose said, holding her shoulder. "Okay, you win. I'm down. I didn't even feel the pain until abit after."
Anya hated using magic on Rose, but she also hated losing. "Sorry Rose."
The students hovered over Rose and Canvus came over to Anya. She looked approving. "Well done Anya. But I couldn't help noticing that you clicked your fingers during the fight." Anya smiled weakly. "It's just a habbit of mine." Anya was very good at lying. Rose came over when Canvus left. "Jesus Anya. That really hurt. It still does now. You're really good you know." Then she winked. Rose was the only one who knew about Anya's magic, and promised to never tell. "Look, I'm really sorry. I just hate losing, I know I shouldn't have. I need to learn how to use it for good use only." Rose shrugged. "If that was a real fight against the Mothmen, You would have needed to use it to your advantage."
Anya nodded and followed Rose to the other students to watch the other fights. Anya could do anything with her magic. Anything she wanted, hurt people, get a glass of water next to her without moving. She always used her magic for good, like fighting. When you killed one Mothman you would get a tatoo on your lower back, in the shape of an X. If you killed many Mothmen, you would get lots of X's on your lower back. In a battle you would get two XX's both together. None of the students at Belikov high had any, but the teachers had around 20 or so, in a whole life time. To kill a Mothman you need to explode it's head by placing both hands on it's ears and pushing in. There heads are so thick and hard that it's impossible for people at a young age or people who arn't strong enough, to kill them.
Fighting class was over and Anya and Rose walked to their next class, learning how to kill. "Ouch. My shoulder is killing me." Rose complained. Anya rolled her eyes. "Stop complaining." And at that, Anya clicked her fingers and Rose's shoulder stopped hurting and was fixed. Rose rolled her shoulder around, and shrugged lots of times. "Nice. Thanks Anya." Anya half smiled, she still hated using magic.

They got to class and the teacher was a man who had killed 37 Mothmen. He was ingredible. His name was Manus. Manus had taught some of the worlds greatest Mothmen killers. "Okay, so today we are going to learn how to kill a Mothman. We are teaching you this subject early because last night a man named Melvick was murdered. Now this was no ordinary murder. His head was ripped off and his body was drained. Only one creature could of done this, since this is how they kill, Mothmen." Whispers filled the room, everyone was frightened. "Alright, calm down everyone. We still need to learn how to kill them. I need a volunter." Anya could see that Rose wanted this so much. She was sitting up in her chair straight with her hand right up. Rose adored Manus, he was her role model. Anya thought about what she was going to do, then dicided to give it a try.
Anya clicked her fingers, feeling the magic through her and then Manus chose. "Rose. Come up here please." Rose stood up, giving Anya a smile. She knew what Anya did, and she was very grateful. "Okay so stand right there for me." Manus told her. "So this is how you kill them. Place your arms on each ear and push as hard as you can. If you are old enough and strong enough then this will be less harder." Anya put up her hand slowly, wandering if this was a good idea. "Yes Anya?" Manus asked. Anya spoke. "Um, I was wandering if there is anyother way of killing them? Like not just exploding there heads." Manus looked thoughtful. "No. This is the only way to kill them." Anya spoke again. "What about magic?" The students laughed at the idea of magic. Manus shook his head. "There is no such thing as magic Anya." Anya was suddenly getting angry. "How do you know? If there are such things as Mothman then there should be magic! Humans who don't know about them, and found out, they would believe in anything. Even magic!"
"I don't think so. But thanks for your input." The rest the day went flying, until school had ended. It was 6:00pm and Anya was staving for dinner. She rushed to the cafeteria to get some food. When she got her food, salade, apple and a water bottle, she went to join Rose at a table with some other people. When she got there they were talking about magic. "They say, that one day in a thousand years a magic human will be born. And that story is a thousand years old." Johny said while eating his noodles. Rose looked at Anya, worried. "As if. It's probably just some myth." Rose laughed. Trying to cover up the truth. "Well I'm on Anya's side. We both believe the myth and we will find this child of magic!" "How do you know it hasn't already been born 17 years ago?" Anya said. Anya was born 17 years ago. Johny shrugged.

Everyone else at the table kept talking about magic, while Anya sat there starring at her food. Suddenly not feeling hungry anymore, she clicked her fingers and her salade disapered and so did the water. Anya stood up. "Well I'm done. See you guys tomorrow." They all waved goodbye, and kept talking about magic. Anya grabbed her rubbish and put it in the bin, and before she left she grabbed her apple and went to her dorm to eat her apple.
While she was awake she finished her apple and tryed to get to sleep. She tossed and turned about magic and then she finally got to sleep. But her dream was strange. There was a man walking down a dark small ally, holding some paperwork. He was dressed in a suit, and had blonde neat hair, blue eyes and he was humming a tune. Then shadows moved around him and laughs and whispers. Then he screamed out, "Leave me alone!" Then a shadow jumped down from the roof and landing in front of him. They told like that for a while, then he screamed out for help. They pounced at him, knocking him down and then ripped of his head and drank out his blood from his body. Then they left, and the familer scene came to her head.
She woke up. And one word came to mind. Melvick.

Mothman Introduction

MothmanSKETCH OF MOTHMAN

Melvick wandered down a dark small ally. He had just finished an important assiment from his work in South Dakota. While he walked through the ally, he heard hushed whispers. Then he heard quiet laughs from behind him. He spun around clutching his paperwork. Nothing was there. Then something moved to his right, he turned fast, but still nothing. Then from the roof of a building a shadow jumped down. And other shadows crawled in from around him. The shadows were soon surrounding him. he held up his work in defence. "Leave me alone!" He shouted to the shadows. The one in front of him hissed a laugh, the others followed with laughs of their own. When his eyes got used to the darkness he saw a strange figure in the shadows, but the thing he most noticed was their red gleaming eyes. The eyes followed his every move. The tension built, then out of fustration Melvick screamed for help. At that moment the shadows pounced, they were all over him knocking him down hard to the wet ground. The shadows were quick, they teared his head apart from his body with out letting him even scream in pain. Then they sucked the blood from his body, pround of themselves. After they drank they left the body there to cause people in the city to panick. They loved when people fussed and panicked over them. They left to go to the otherside of town to cause mayhem over the country. But little did they know, that on the otherside of town was a magical girl who was trained to kill them, just like the rest of her classmates at, Belikov high. But this girl was the only one who was magic.
